Among this unit’s best features is a large corner balcony with magnificent ocean views. You can spend hours here watching the sunset, tropical birds and sometimes migrating whales. It’s quiet, perfect for nature lovers, and within walking distance of both Flamingo Beach and Brasilito Beach.

The large primary bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom with ocean-view tub and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed and also has a balcony and attached bath. There’s also a half-bath in the entryway.

The living room, which has a second TV, is tropical, comfortable and roomy, decorated with local wood and colorful artwork. The property has central air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen has a range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and blender. A breakfast bar seats three, and a rectangular wooden dining table seats four. The unit also has a washer/dryer.

Outside there’s a large corner balcony with fantastic ocean views. It has four lounge chairs and a dining table with four additional chairs.

The property generally does not allow animals or pets, this includes service and emotional support animals. For detailed information, please refer to the booking policy and/or house rules.

Some construction — and a discount

Please be aware that construction will be taking place at Flamingo Towers and Flamingo Cove between May and mid-December 2024. Major improvements are planned, and some amount of noise and dust is inevitable. Crews will be working 10.5 days straight with 3.5 days off, meaning there will be peace and quiet on alternating weekends. A discount to compensate guests has already been factored into the price of this unit.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
